No. CampCares is a peer-led wellness program. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or mental health counseling.

Yes. CampCares is designed to be a safe and confidential environment. Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others and not share personal stories or discussions outside the program. Participants may share their own personal experiences but must not reveal the identities or personal information of other participants.

To help participants stay fully present, phone use is limited during the program.
Phones may only be used during designated free time.

Participants are also asked not to post about the program on social media during the immersive portion of the experience. Posting is typically allowed after the program concludes.

No. Alcohol, illegal drugs, and unauthorized weapons are not permitted during CampCares programs. This policy helps ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
